You are fully responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of User Content that you create or share through the Service.

3.2 License to VidLux AI

By submitting or generating User Content through the Site, you grant VidLux AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, and process that content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service, without further consent, notice, or compensation to you.

3.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, post, or share User Content through VidLux AI that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, or unauthorized depictions of individuals.
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights.
• Violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

4. VidLux AI Proprietary Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Site, Service, software, branding, logos, graphics, and proprietary AI technology provided by VidLux AI are owned by VidLux AI or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you receive no rights or ownership in our technology or platform assets.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Subscription Plans: We offer paid subscription plans that provide credits, advanced features, and processing allowances. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle under your selected plan unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.

6. Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee to first-time paid subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase by contacting [email protected].

Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, your account must meet both of the following requirements when you submit the request:

• Your account has submitted fewer than 3 AI processing tasks in total.
• At least 95% of your purchased credits remain unused in your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VidLux AI and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

7.3 Content Review

VidLux AI operates as an AI service platform. Although we are not required to pre-screen all user inputs or AI-generated output, we reserve the right to review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
